With 43 years of playing experience and 35 years of teaching experience, Chris Jordan is an expert at teaching a wide variety of styles from rock, jazz, pop, classical, blues, flamenco, and so much more. He also specializes in and teaches composition, arranging, song writing, and music theory.

Jackie Lam
Jackie is an experienced guitarist, bassist, teacher, and coach who offers personalized guitar and bass lessons tailored to each student’s musical goals and interests. Her teaching approach combines musical instruction with years of experience in education and athletics, coaching students of different ages, skill levels, and learning styles.
Jackie has extensive experience leading contemporary worship and playing in band settings and is passionate about helping students develop practical, real-world musical skills. Her musical background includes worship/gospel, rock, indie, pop, country, and other contemporary styles. Lessons are tailored to each student and may include guitar or bass fundamentals, chords, rhythm, timing, and groove, as well as lead guitar concepts such as scales, phrasing, sequences, and arpeggios. Students can also develop technique and fretboard fluency while learning about tone shaping, pedals, amps, and gear. Additional areas of focus may include ear training, musicality, expressive playing, and building effective practice habits and confidence. For students interested in playing with others, lessons can also cover performing in band or worship settings, emphasizing dynamics, timing, listening skills, and musical communication in group environments.
Jackie strives to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment that helps students build confidence and make meaningful progress. She hopes to inspire other girls and women to learn guitar by showing that music is for everyone and that there is space for them to grow, create, and feel confident as musicians.
Availability:
Lessons are currently available during the following times:
Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sundays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

*Semi-Private Lessons
Semi-private lessons are available for family members or friends interested in learning together.
